BIO
JEFFREY BRAVERMAN (b. California) is a photographer, creative producer, and director whose work highlights the extraordinary stories and behaviors of ordinary individuals. Starting his career as a photojournalist, Braverman’s images have been featured in Dwell, Esquire, Newsweek, Taschen, Time, and Wired and numerous publications. His passion for contemporary storytelling extends beyond photography, encompassing writing and filmmaking, where he continues to explore the intersection of humanity, culture, and social narratives.
Braverman’s photography has been collected and exhibited in museums and galleries including the Bolinas Museum, International Center of Photography (ICP) in New York, PhotoAlliance San Francisco, Pace Gallery, CO, Photographic Center NW, Seattle Children’s Museum and Vesta, Los Angeles.
His documentary film David, In Brief (2016) and extra short film Blow Job (2020) have screened internationally.
His interests and aspirational hobbies include surfing, delving into Tarot symbolism, and binge-watching those mesmerizing Teletubbies videos.
